Arrogone Archers proudly offers Archery Australia's Come 'n Try program


Arrogone Archers' Come 'n Try sessions are run several times weekly, and cater to a variety of groups. They're the perfect fit for any beginner — of any age and capability — wanting to find out if archery is the sport for them!
Although, please note that the minimum age for your little Legolas' at our range is 7.

Sessions run for approximately two hours, and cost $20 per person. They're a low-cost, low-commitment session that offer an easy pathway from your for shot at 10 metres, all the way to your first 'bullseye' at 70 metres, with professional coaching all the way through.


Price includes all equipment hire for your session: a bow, arrows, and protective equipment are all provided.

We kindly request that all attendees please wear enclosed shoes and be sun-smart! Hats, drink bottles, and sunscreen!



For groups with some new people, and some experienced, book for new
Come 'n Try
Beginner sessions are open to all beginners ages 7 and above. Everyone is welcome to book in for these sessions, and the range is available for all members during these times.

How to find us:

Arrogone Archers is located in the Gerrard Street Reserve, West Moonah

Access to the club by car is through a gate on Highfield Street, or by walking up the hill from the carpark at the base of Gerrard Street, coming off Creek Road

During the winter months, or after heavy rain, we do not recommend driving down into the range unless in a 4WD. Alternative parking is at the aforementioned carpark, at the bottom of the hill.
